These terms govern your use of blackradio at https://blackrad.io (the "Service"), operated by blackradio ("we", "us"). By using the Service or creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

You sign in with a link sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure and for activity on your account. Tell us at privacy@blackrad.io if you believe your account has been used without permission. You may stop using the Service at any time and may ask us to delete your account.

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts, use bots, or otherwise manipulate votes, rankings, referrals, or contests.
• Scrape, copy, or bulk-download the Service or its data except as allowed by these terms.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Use a display name or submit content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or impersonates others.
• Use the Service in violation of any law or of YouTube's terms.

We may remove content, void votes or contest entries, or suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

Music videos on the Service are played through embedded YouTube players and remain the property of their owners. Your viewing of them is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Charts, rankings, and statistics are provided for entertainment and may be incomplete or inaccurate. We are not responsible for third-party content or websites linked from the Service.

Contests are free to enter and no purchase is necessary. Each contest page states its deadline and how results are determined; those details form part of these terms for that contest. Unless a contest page says otherwise, one entry is allowed per person per contest, and winners are determined from video view counts as recorded by us at the time stated. Our determination of results is final. If a contest offers a prize, the prize and any eligibility limits will be stated on the contest page. Contests are void where prohibited. By entering, you agree that your display name and a masked email may be shown with the results.

The Service's design, software, charts, and original content belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-commercial, revocable license to use the Service as offered. You may share links to the Service.

If you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to privacy@blackrad.io including: your contact details, identification of the work and the material you believe infringes it, where it appears on the Service, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner, and your physical or electronic signature. For videos hosted on YouTube, you may also report them to YouTube directly.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these terms; if changes are material we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
